Shepherd Leaders oversee the pastoral care of all members of Kelloggsville Church. Shepherd Leaders pray for and are in regular contact with the members of their group, addressing needs of a spiritual and personal nature and sharing the joys of burdens of those under their care. Kelloggsville Church is responsible to train the Shepherd Leaders to fulfill these responsibilities.
