Shepherd Leaders oversee the pastoral care of all members of Kelloggsville Church. Each Shepherd Leader will be a “coach” for a cluster of up to five small group leaders, and in this position the Shepherd Leader will be a resource person to those leaders and their small groups. Shepherd Leaders will also provide pastoral care to people who choose not to be members of a small group. Kelloggsville Church is responsible to train the Shepherd Leaders to fulfill these responsibilities.
