G.E.M.S.

(Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior) A club for girls in 3rd - 7th grades. We are re-working our girls’ ministry and hope to have more details in October. Stay tuned!

A club for boys in 3rd - 8th grades. They meet most Wednesdays(6:45 - 8:30) from mid- September to early May. Meetings consist of a variety of games, teamwork activities, projects, and time to talk about issues and get answers from the Bible. They also do camp-outs, special outings, and service projects throughout the year.

Spotlight English Club

MULTILINGUAL MINISTRY  This group is for English language learners age middle school and up who want to practice their English conversation skills. We meet once a week on Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30 pm in the Cave, starting September 18.

Praise Team

A group of people who lead the congregation in Sunday worship singing. We are always looking for musicians and singers to join us! We meet on Wednesdays at 8pm for practice for the morning worship service, and then an hour-and-a-half prior to Sunday morning worship service for a final rehearsal before we go live. Evening worship praise teams meet an hour-and-a-half prior to Sunday evening worship for their only rehearsal. Musicians and singers - beginners to the accomplished, middle school and older - are welcome. Come and help us lead God’s people in worship! Our evening worship is bilingual, so singersget the added bonus of singing in English and Spanish!

Student Ministries: Middle School

6th - 8th graders meet at least once a month to participate in large-group activities to have fun, build relationships, and learn about Jesus. They also meets as a group during Sunday Evening IMPACT for a time of digging deeper into the Bible and talking about issues that are important to them.

Student Ministries: High School

9th-12th graders at least once a month to participate in large-group activities to have fun, build relationships, and learn about Jesus. They also meets as a group during Sunday Evening IMPACT for a time of digging deeper into the Bible and talking about issues that are important to them.

Soccer con Curva

Come to church on Tuesday evenings starting in mid-October for a unique time of Bible study and soccer playing. We are a multi-cultural group of all ages - at least a dozen nationalities are represented on any given evening. We play for 45 minutes, have a 20 minute bilingual Bible study (Spanish/English) led by Pastor Gilbert Varela, then play more soccer to end our time together. We are indoor fall-spring, and outdoor in the summer. Start time is 7:00 pm.

Sports Groups

For adults (and teens) interested in coming together to participate in various sporting events throughout the year. Summer and fall leagues are available for those who would like to play co-ed soccer; we also have a men’s slow-pitch softball team that plays in the summer. For archery enthusiasts, we have an indoor Archery Range run by certified instructors on the lower level - open Monday evenings from 7-9 pm fall-spring.
